College in Germany for international students

In Germany, Gymnasium students do NOT work part time as part of the standard curriculum. They are studying to go to university. There are two levels of schools in Germany and the other level trains trade skills. There are significantly less Gymnasium students than Trade school students (who, by the way, do NOT take standardized tests used for international comparisons).
