Peter Benenson, who founded Amnesty International in 1961 and helped shape civil society, died Friday at the age of 83 from pneumonia, said Amnesty spokesman Brendan Paddy. The catalyst for Amnesty came from Benenson s frustration over a matter dealing with two Portuguese students who were sentenced in 1961 to seven years imprisonment for publicly drinking a toast to liberty in a Lisbon caf. I am not sure if I would recommend Germany but I went to grad school there for a couple years. I was studying international business and German so it was appropriate. My advice: I think you should follow the program oppose to the place. You have two criteriaEnglish and Environmental Science. I would approach it by doing research focusing on the academic programs, first by asking professors locally what universities in Europe have cutting-edge things going on, reputable programs, etc. You most likely will find out that there are a few options that…
